1.Contact the ETS Preferred Network Office in your country.

2.If there is no representative, fill out a test center application (PDF) to become an approved test center.

3.Fax the completed form to 1-973-735-1903.


The application must be received by ETS at least 30 days before the requested test date. Orders received within 30 days will be subject to a rush order charge.


To ensure prompt and accurate filling and delivery of orders, all information requested on the application must be provided. An incomplete or unsigned application will not be processed and will be returned to you.

The TOEFL ITP® Test and Score Data Summaries contain data on the performance of examinees who took a TOEFL ITP test between January and December of a calendar year.

CEFR Mapping Study

The purpose of this mapping study was to identify the minimum TOEFL ITP Level 1 test scores corresponding to four levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g., very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.

Note: The cut scores represent the minimum scores needed to enter the CEFR levels. These recommendations are based on the results of mapping studies with expert panels, and data analyses of test taker scores.
